On the account itself: multi factor authentication at login, sessions that expire when idle, repeated failed sign ins to one account from one network address blocked for at least 15 minutes, password reset tokens stored hashed, and an audit log of security events.

Files, canvases, forms, chat, Doc comments and review answers are not in the export yet, so ask us for a copy before you delete a workspace. Deleted Spaces, Folders, Lists, tasks, Docs, canvases, tables, forms, files and SOPs go to Trash first, where an Owner or Admin can bring them back; a deleted goal is gone at once.

There is no contract to get out of on Starter: it is free for up to 10 people, with no card on file.

Partly, and the honest answer has two halves. There is no tool that reads another product's data for you, and we will not pretend otherwise. What does exist is CSV: a table reads a spreadsheet and so does a people list, which is how most teams move the data they actually care about. For the rest, do the thing every team ends up doing anyway: bring one team, build the lists and the SOPs from the templates, and cancel each old subscription on its own renewal date.
