1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. Ours keep you logged in, remember the language and currency you picked, and remember that you have seen the cookie notice. No analytics vendor, no ad network and no pixel runs on this site.
One thing is written on our side rather than yours. When you dismiss the cookie notice we keep a record that it was shown, under the random id the wwrk_consent cookie holds, with the time, your IP address and your browser's user agent string, and your country and region when the request carries them. It does not follow what you read.
2. The cookies we use
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| next-auth.session-token | Keeps you signed in. Set only after you log in. | 12 hours idle | Essential |
| next-auth.callback-url | Returns you to the page you were on after login. | Session | Essential |
| next-auth.csrf-token | Protects the login form against cross site request forgery. | Session | Essential |
| wwrk_consent | Remembers that you have seen the cookie notice, so it is not shown again, and holds the random id our record of it is filed under. | 180 days | Essential |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Remembers the language you picked. | 365 days | Functional |
| NEXT_CURRENCY | Remembers the currency you picked on the pricing page. | 365 days | Functional |
3. How you control them
Essential cookies are required for the service to work and cannot be disabled. The language and currency cookies are set only when you pick a language or a currency. There is nothing optional to opt in to, so the banner on your first visit is a notice, not a choice.
You can also block all cookies in your browser settings. The service will not work properly without essential cookies.
4. Third party cookies
None. Every cookie in the table above is set by workwrk itself. We load no analytics vendor, no ad tech, no retargeting pixel and no social network tracker on this site or in the product.
The banner asks nothing, because the site sets nothing optional. If we ever add another kind of cookie, it gets a row in the table above in the same release, and the banner asks you about it then.
